1. Gas & Groceries Giveaway

89.1 KWFC presents the Gas & Groceries Giveaway where we are giving away $50 Walmart gift cards. This contest will be conducted according to the following rules.

2. Dates/Terms/Eligibility

The Gas & Groceries Giveaway Contest begins Monday, April 10, 2017 at 7:00 AM and ends Friday, April 28, 2017 at 5:00 PM. This contest is open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age and older, residing in Missouri. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. All Federal, State and Local laws, rules and regulations apply. This contest is operated by 89.1 KWFC. Employees or agents of 89.1 KWFC, other Missouri radio stations, or any entity associated with the contest, as well as members of the same household of any such employee or agent may not participate.

3. Methods of Entry

You may enter by calling 89.1 KWFC after hearing the cue to call during the designated times.

4. Prizes
Winners of the Gas & Groceries Giveaway contest will receive one $50 Walmart gift card.

All sales, prize and other taxes, gratuities and any other incidentals associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and may not be substituted, except by 89.1 KWFC, prize donors or sponsors for reasons of unavailability, in which case, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prizes unclaimed after 30 days become the property of KWFC. KWFC assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, loss or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize.

5. Conditions/Restrictions
Each winner will be required to produce identification satisfactory to KWFC. A winner of a prize with a retail value of $600 or more will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release, including a publicity release, as prepared by 89.1 KWFC, prior to receiving their prize. Each winner will be responsible for any taxes or fees that result from the receipt and/or use of their prize, and may receive an IRS Form 1099-Misc.

Only one entry will be accepted per individual. An entry will not become valid unless all of the required information has been submitted. 89.1 KWFC is not responsible for any incomplete, lost, illegible, or damaged entries. Multiple entries into the contest by a single individual will be deemed invalid. Anyone using fraudulent means to participate and/or win the contest will be disqualified.

Decisions of KWFC station management are final. Any ties will be determined by a coin flip among two final contestants. Should more than two contestants tie for a prize, a random drawing will occur to select the winner. All contest entries become the property of KWFC upon submission into the contest. Winners and contest participants grant 89.1 KWFC the right to use their name and likeness, including voice, photo, or contest entries for promotional purposes without compensation.

6. Release and Indemnification
In exchange for the right to participate in any Contest, each participant agrees to forever release and indemnify 89.1 KWFC, its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees (the "Released Parties"), from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of the contestant's participation in the Contest.

7. Rules
