General Manager Dave Taylor
Dave Taylor's days with KWFC started back in the 1980s while he was a student at Baptist Bible College in Springfield. Most people who listened during that time remember him as the afternoon DJ. Dave left KWFC in 1994 to begin pastoral work in Arizona. He returned to the station in 2003 as morning show co-host and an underwriting representative. Dave would later become Underwriting Director, and in 2009 he was promoted to Station Manager.
Dave won the Singing News Golden Mic award in September 2008 and again in February 2015. He has been a top five finalist for the Singing News Favorite DJ award. You can hear Dave every weekday morning from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m., and on Sunday's from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on KWFC.
Dave and his wife, Debbie, have three sons and two daughters-in-law.
Program Director Kyle Dowden
Kyle Dowden came to Springfield and KWFC in 1995 while attending Missouri State University. Kyle began as Dave Taylor's afternoon show replacement, but an interest in news eventually led him away from the daily music show and into KWFC's award winning newsroom. In 2002, he was promoted to News Director, and in 2004 he returned to the afternoon show as Program Director. Additionally, Kyle serves as KWFC's production director and web developer.
Kyle won the Singing News Golden Mic award in March 2010, and has been a top 10 finalist for the Singing News Favorite DJ award. He has also received awards from the Associated Press for news coverage. You can hear Kyle every weekday afternoon from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., and each Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Kyle and his wife, Rebekah, have three boys.
Underwriting Director Ray Askren
Ray Askren has spent two stints with KWFC's underwriting department. From 1994-2002, he was an underwriting representative before leaving to pursue other interests. In 2011, Ray returned to KWFC as the station's Underwriting Director.

Publicity Director Matt Paasch
Matt Paasch has been KWFC's publicity director since joining the team in 2011. His primary responsibilities include graphic design, print and digital desktop publishing, and website/social media maintenance.
Additionally, Matt is an underwriting representative, and can help local businesses support KWFC through underwriting. Matt is also on the air each weekday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and on Sundays from Noon to 4 p.m.
Matt and his wife, Lydia, have two kids.
Administrative Assistant Emily DeShon
Emily DeShon is the newest member of the KWFC Team. She joined the staff in 2014 while attending Baptist Bible College. Emily is a native of Somerset, Kentucky, and in the summer of 2014, she married Jack DeShon.
Night Light host Andrea Jaxson
Andrea Jaxson is a quasi-member of the KWFC team as host of Night Light with Andrea. Andrea began her radio career in country and pop radio in Tennessee. She and her husband live in Dallas, Texas, where she hosts the nationally syndicated Night Light program.
Night Light™ with Andrea is designed as a different kind of night show. Every week night, Andrea engages listeners with real and relevant conversation. This encouraging and hope filled show is phone intensive as the listeners share their unique and uplifting stories. Night Light not only inspires listeners but also gives them a sense of community.
