Frequently Asked Questions

You're a listener supported non-commercial station. So, who pays the bills for you to be on the air?

We are blessed to have a group of people who believe in this ministry and support us financially. Those who are on board with gifts of $30 a month/$360 a year are called More Than Music Mission Partners. A couple of times a year we alter our regular programming and ask listeners to join our support team. God has faithfully met our needs. We believe the "best is yet to come" for the station and our ministry. We hope you'll prayerfully consider being part of our giving team. Give a gift right now online here

I hear mentions about Business Ministry Partners. How can my Business get involved?

As a non-profit radio station, KWFC offers what's referred to as "underwriting announcements." These can be used to promote an upcoming event, a local ministry, or even to brand your business. Click Here to learn more.

You're a listener supported ministry. How can I be certain that the dollars I invest are being used responsibly?

KWFC is a member of the ECFA – The Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. We follow higher standards of Christian ethics in fundraising, financial accounting and reporting. To view the ECFA financial profile, click here.

I'm a local artist. Will KWFC play my music?

KWFC has strict requirements for music to be included in the playlist. These largely include the production quality of a song, as well as lyrical content and how well it fits into the KWFC model. A handful of local artists have met the requirements, and can be heard on a regular basis. KWFC will accept music from local artists for review, but our best advice is to consult with a southern gospel radio promoter for guidance on how to best produce and distribute your music. All music submitted for consideration must come to the station either on a compact disc or as a lossless wav file. We do not accept mp3's or any other digital music that has been encoded.

How are the Top 20 songs chosen?

The Top 20 is based on the songs we play most often each week.

What song was that?

It's always hard to catch the name of every artist and song on the air. Click here for all the songs played this past week
