The Wind and KWFC value the development of new generations of broadcast professionals. To further the education and experience of individuals exploring a career in radio, we offer unpaid internship programs that offer real-world experience in the radio business.

Participants will have the opportunity to work alongside members of the station leadership and staff on the air, in production or in the promotions department. Each program will be developed to meet the needs and availability of the intern. The typical internship runs the length of a college semester. Fall internships begin on or near September 1st. Spring Internships begin on or near February 1st.

College students majoring in mass media, communications, journalism or related fields have priority in consideration for our program. All others will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Select interns may be eligible for participation in CMB University or the Momentum conference from Christian Music Broadcasters.
