Description:
Penny's Cleaning is a Christian owned small residential cleaning company servicing the Springfield, MO area. We currently have a full-time residential Cleaning Team Leader position available.
Company Cars! (no need to drive your own).
Paid by the hour (drive time included).
Daytime M-F (no nights or weekends).
We work Monday through Friday each week starting at 8:15am, and generally finish by 5:00-5:30pm. The work is very physically demanding. You MUST be capable of performing the job tasks which are very physically active.
Starting pay is $15.80 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications:
Qualifications include:
-at least 1 year of residential or hotel type cleaning experience
-at least 1 year of team leading experience (could be in a different industry)
-good job references
-at least 22 years old
-clean, professional appearance
-clean background check and drug test
-upbeat and encouraging attitude
-no allergies that would prevent you from doing the job (dust, cleaning supplies, smoke, pets, etc.)
-no major problem with unpleasant odors or the occasional dead bug
-dependable transportation to and from work (we drive company cars while on the job)
-your own phone that you can use to download work apps
-must be comfortable working with apps and doing online paperwork
