Are You Ready to Shine? Join Our Team as a Car Wash Service Advisor! We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Service Advisors to join our car wash family! If you’re upbeat, love connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to help customers keep their cars sparkling while driving sales for our exclusive Car Wash Club memberships. What You’ll Do: • Sell the Shine: Actively promote and sell Car Wash Club memberships to customers, explaining the unbeatable value of unlimited washes and exclusive perks. • Greet with a Smile: Welcome every customer with energy and enthusiasm, creating a positive first impression. • Educate & Upsell: Share the benefits of our services and best options to enhance the customer experience. • Keep It Compliant: Follow all company policies, sales scripts, to ensure a smooth, ethical sales process. • Team Up: Work closely with the car wash crew to keep operations running seamlessly and customers happy.

Qualifications:
Who We’re Looking For: • Upbeat Attitude: You bring positivity and energy to every interaction—rain or shine! • People Skills: You’re a natural at building rapport and turning “maybe” into “yes” with a friendly approach. • Sales Savvy: Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but a willingness to learn and hustle is what counts. • Compliance Mindset: You play by the rules and take pride in doing things the right way. • Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to work in a dynamic outdoor environment. Requirements: • Must be 17+ with a valid driver’s license. • Be available at least 24 hrs a week • Comfortable standing and working outdoors in various weather conditions. • Weekend and holiday availability (our busiest times = your chance to earn more!). • Previous sales or retail experience is a bonus but not required—we’ll teach you the ropes!
