Description:
Lead and manage a team of construction workers on residential construction sites.
Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather conditions, supply delivery, or other unforeseen events.
Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with company safety policies.
Review and interpret construction blueprints and specifications to guide project execution.
Monitor work progress and provide detailed updates to supervisor.
Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and company safety guidelines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Proficiency in using construction management software is advantageous.
At least five years of experience in residential construction.
