Description:
We’re seeking an eager and self-motivated Solar Consultant Trainee.
Our mentorship and technical training give you hands-on experience in solar sales.
With seasoned professionals guiding you -
You’ll develop the skills needed to excel with client consultations.
First is an orientation period, followed by a trial phase - where you‘ll apply what you’ve learned.
This Real-world customer interaction gives you experience in energy assessment, system design, and sales.
As part of our 3-month mentorship program, you’ll be paired with an experienced mentor.
This provides continuous hands-on training, feedback, and support to ensure your success in both tech and sales.
Qualifications:
Required Skills: Self-motivation, reliability, and self-discipline.
Desired Experience: 2-5 years in either sales or customer-facing roles
Additional Requirements: Equipment for remote work (Wi-Fi, pc/ laptop/ tablet, cell, etc.)
